"I am the owner and Lead Designer at Where The Heart Is Designs. I founded this company in 2018 purely out of a passion for all things home design and a joy for helping others. Every day that I wake up doing what I love, I realize how truly blessed I am to have had the countless clients achieve their #homegoals, and to have the opportunity to have built several meaningful relationships along the way.
Here at Where The Heart Is Designs, our team is passionate about bringing our clients' dreams to life; whether that be by styling their space or staging their vacant home for potential homebuyers! Hey y’all, I’m Rachel! I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, with a passion for interiors, a love of travel, and a closet full of boots to prove it!
After high school, I pursued a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at Texas Tech University, originally planning to go into physical therapy. Somewhere along the way, I found myself way more interested in mood boards than muscle diagrams, and interior design quickly became more than just a hobby.
Outside of work, I’m either planning my next getaway, keeping up with the latest fashion trends, or spending time with my best friends. Whether it’s a weekend trip or a spontaneous night out with the people I love most, I’m all about making timeless memories.
Now, I get to spend my time helping clients create spaces that feel intentional and personal. The opportunity to shape how people experience their spaces really excites me, making every project a fun and rewarding challenge. Getting to do what I love while being part of the Where The Heart Is team has been nothing short of a dream. I am extremely blessed to have these experiences here and look forward to continuing to grow as a designer!

Hi, I’m Tyler! I’m a Fort Worth native with a passion for interiors, business, and creating exceptional experiences for our clients. I earned my degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Angelo State University, giving me a strong foundation in both the creative and operational sides of business.
I began my journey with the company as a home stager, where I developed firsthand experience transforming spaces and preparing homes to make their best impression. I now serve as Administrative Coordinator, overseeing scheduling, client communication, project coordination, and the day-to-day details that keep our projects and team running smoothly. My background in staging gives me a unique perspective in this role, allowing me to understand both what our clients need and what our team needs behind the scenes to execute each project successfully.
Outside of my role with the company, I also own and operate my own spray tan business, which has further strengthened my experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, and client relations. In my free time, you’ll usually find me walking my dog, Finn, shopping with my mom, or enjoying a sweet treat with friends!
What I love most about home staging and interior design is seeing a vision come together. Whether I’m coordinating the details behind the scenes or supporting our team throughout a project, I love being part of the process that transforms a space into something beautiful, intentional, and inviting.
Hi! My name is Reagan Krajca, and I am from Fort Worth, Texas. I’ve had a passion for design for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent all of my birthday and Christmas money on new decor for my room, which reinforced my love for creating spaces. From a young age, I knew design would become my true passion. Growing up in Fort Worth gave me strong insight into the world of design, with Texas culture and aesthetics continuing to influence my creative perspective today.
In 2023, I chose to attend Stephen F. Austin State University after receiving a soccer scholarship. While balancing athletics and academics was a valuable experience, I ultimately decided to step away from soccer to fully focus on my education and passion for design. This decision allowed me to graduate early in 2026 with a major in interior design.
The summer before my senior year, I had the opportunity to intern at Where The Heart Is, an experience that greatly shaped my growth as a designer. In addition to strengthening my design skills, the internship taught me the importance of building meaningful relationships with clients. My goal as a designer has always been to create spaces where people feel comfortable and truly welcomed. I am incredibly grateful to continue pursuing my passion with this team and look forward to growing both alongside the company and as a designer!

Hey y’all, I’m Madilyn, born and raised in Texas, fueled by coffee, creativity, and a lifelong love for design. I’m originally from Texarkana, TX, and traded small-town roots for city charm as I’m now a proud new resident of Fort Worth and loving every second!
My love for design sparked at a young age, growing up in a construction and real estate household where I quickly learned how thoughtful design can completely transform a space. That early spark turned into a full blown passion, which I carried with me all the way to Stephen F. Austin State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Along the way, I fell in love with how design blends creativity with purpose, turning houses into homes that feel both beautiful and functional, and creating spaces that reflect people’s stories and enhance a home’s character.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find this Texas girl chasing adventures, sipping really good coffee, dancing the night away with friends, soaking up lake days, and making all the memories with my favorite people.
I’m so excited to be part of the Where The Heart Is Designs team a creative, passionate group that truly believes in crafting spaces with heart, intention, and soul. I look forward to growing as a designer, getting to know our amazing clients, and helping bring beautiful, meaningful homes to life.
Hi! My name is Cambria Cates, and I’m from Brock, Texas, but now I live in Fort Worth! I’m currently studying Interior Design at Wade College and will be graduating in 2027.
Outside of work and studying, you can find me scrolling Pinterest, shopping, on a walk with my dog, or out to dinner with my friends! I believe it’s so important to find joy in the little things, and I draw constant inspiration from those everyday moments and doing the things I love most.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for art and interior design. Tapping into my creativity is what truly inspires me and makes me feel most like myself. To me, home staging and interior design are about more than how a space looks; it’s about how it feels and how it supports the life happening inside it. Creating spaces that reflect personality, comfort, and style is what matters most to me. Being a part of a like-minded team at Where the Heart Is feels so special and makes me so excited for the future!

Hi, I’m Kayley! I’m from Fort Worth, Texas. I’ve always been drawn to interior design and the art of creating spaces that feel both refined and deeply personal. From around age 10, I found inspiration in home design shows on HGTV, and I’ve known ever since that I have a natural passion for transforming spaces.
While still in high school, I completed two years of college before going on to earn my real estate license, giving me a unique perspective on both design and the housing market. My passion truly took shape while helping my parents remodel and thoughtfully reimagine their home. This experience inspired me to pursue this path professionally.
I later founded my own boutique business, including an online women’s clothing shop, where I combine my love for elevated style, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Today, I specialize in home staging with a curated, detail driven approach, creating spaces that are both sophisticated and inviting.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two dogs, my golden retriever Archie and my corgi Indigo.
Hi, my name is Jillian Richardson, and I was born and raised just outside of Fort Worth, Texas. I've had a passion for interior design for as long as I can remember and loved redecorating my room every year growing up. As I got older, that passion only grew, leading me to explore different design styles and pursue a variety of creative outlets.
I attended Tarleton State University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After graduation, I decided to follow my passion for design and am currently completing my Interior Design certification.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the lake, attending local concerts, and finding inspiration for my next creative project.

Hi! My name is Jack Shepherd. I was born in Denver, Colorado, but I've called the DFW area home since I moved here at seven years old. I'm currently finishing my bachelors degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in business administration at Kentucky Wesleyan and will be graduating in May 2027 and I am planning on attending Trade School that fall.
Outside of work and school, you'll usually find me somewhere outdoors, at the gym, or catching a game with friends. I've always loved sports, especially football, track and basketball, and I think that competitive, team-first mindset carries over into everything I do. Spending time with the people I care about is what keeps me grounded and motivated.
What I love most about working at Where the Heart Is is the chance to be creative. Every home is a blank canvas, and getting to help set up a space and watch it come together for a customer is incredibly rewarding. Being part of a team that cares about the details and takes pride in the finished result makes me excited to come to work and even more excited for what's ahead!
